About the role Established Credit & Collections (Accounts Receivable) professional. Performs work related to billing, credit and collections, and accounts receivable reporting in adherence to policies, procedures, and guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Performs work related to billing, credit and collections, and accounts receivable reporting in adherence to established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Compiles, maintains, and analyzes credit & collection reports and reconciliations to provide status reporting.
- Analyzes, processes, and maintains credit & collection records. Monitors entries and control activities in order to maintain and manage information.
- Compares budget to actual and reports deviation to related stakeholders for further action.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting to ensure availability of information for various activities by relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, LAE, LRP, or related.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
- Advanced English (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
