This is an entry-level role perfect for freshers or individuals with minimal experience who are eager to learn and grow in the field of business development. As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc. , and work closely with clients to negotiate deals. You will play a key role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Actively search for and identify potential business opportunities on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr , and others.
  • Create compelling project proposals and bid on relevant projects to generate leads.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize deals to ensure a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
  • Maintain and update the database of prospective and current clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation, client engagement, and deal closures to the management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Freshers are welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr , etc.
  • Ability to write persuasive and professional project proposals.
  • Negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Good to Have
  • Prior internship or experience in business development or sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or IT services.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools.
