About the Role: We are looking for an empathetic HR Specialist to drive recruitment, policy development, and employee engagement, ensuring a positive and high-performance workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies: Create policies aligned with company goals and legal requirements.
- Manage recruitment & onboarding: Oversee talent acquisition, from sourcing to smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Foster employee engagement: Lead initiatives to maintain a positive, inclusive work culture.
- Address employee concerns & mediate conflicts: Resolve employee issues and foster harmonious relationships.
- Ensure compliance: Stay updated with labor laws and company standards to mitigate risks.
- Provide HR insights: Analyze HR data to drive decisions for continuous improvement.
- 2+ years of HR experience: Strong background in dynamic environments, with expertise in recruitment and policy development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience in HR management: Proven track record in managing policies, engagement, and compliance.
- Labor law knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws and best HR practices.
