As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, the Business Technology Leader will be responsible for carrying out & supporting the vision and objectives of the Empresa importante supply chain operations team. This role will be responsible for acting as a strategic partner with supply chain technology and supply chain business leadership teams. This role will develop a culture of value delivery and continuous improvement while ensuring a connected and cohesive strategy across the Supply Chain product groups.

Responsibilities

1. Define vision, goals, and objective for Supply Chain Products and Platforms; co-shaping strategic demand with the business and aligning business and technology strategies to technology delivery.
2. Work hand-in-hand as a strategic partner with business and technology teams and drive engagement with third-party partners to deploy customer-focused Supply Chain technology products.
3. Lead continuous improvement across the Supply Chain technology product lifecycle and lead engagement and relationships with third parties.
4. Work across Supply Chain product squads to define innovative solutions, ensuring a coordinated and cohesive strategy.
5. Maximize return on investment from Supply Chain products by ensuring all product teams “build the right thing” to drive business value in alignment with stakeholder expectations.
6. Lead and manage a cross-product roadmap for Supply Chain Products including deploying the latest technologies across core Supply Chain areas.
7. Collaborate with leaders across Supply Chain technology and the business to ensure successful launch and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
8. Business understanding necessary to drive ownership, customer focus, and excellence in program execution/help team in planning and execution.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree and 7-10 years' experience as a business/technology owner in Supply Chain or related field with responsibility for key performance indicators of the organization.
2. Deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs, ability to create a value proposition for the user and a vision for Supply Chain technology that best supports business goals.
3. Experience developing Supply Chain systems, tools and business solutions with a focus on customer experience required.
4. Strong teamwork and exceptional collaboration skills required.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on customer problem solving.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
7. Team player with a proven track record of motivating others.
8. Conflict management and problem-solving skills.
