Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design and Implementation
- Design and implement solutions using Manhattan Active products, including WMS (Warehouse Management System), TMS (Transportation Management System), and OMS (Order Management System).
- Customize and configure solutions to meet business requirements.
- Technical Development
- Develop, test, and deploy code, scripts, and APIs to integrate Manhattan Active systems with other enterprise applications.
- Work with technologies such as Java, SQL, JSON, XML, and Manhattan scripting tools.
- Integration
- Facilitate integration between Manhattan Active systems and other third-party platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Ensure data flow and system compatibility with existing IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting and Support
- Resolve system issues, debug code, and optimize performance for end-users.
- Provide technical support during go-live, ensuring smooth operation.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and functional teams to deliver technical solutions that align with business goals.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, and user guides.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on the latest Manhattan Active features and functionalities.
- Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability.
