• In this role, the Oracle Field Services Cloud Functional Lead will be working to understand customer goals/requirements, expectations and challenges, analyze situations/data, for configuring or developing business & technical solutions on the Cloud.
• You will advise the Project Manager & other stakeholders from time to time on implementation aspects of the project.
• As an OFS Lead, you would be responsible for the overall delivery quality on the project by ensuring team’s adherence to standard practices and procedures
• Build an understanding of and leverage Oracle methodologies, tools and leading practices
• This is a challenging, exciting role that will test your consulting skills, strategic thinking, leadership skills, technical skills and ability to remain focused and follow-through on plans
• Provide consistent high quality & innovative solution leadership on OFS Cloud engagements by interacting with customers and other stakeholders to arrive at optimal solutions
• Analyze and understand client goals, challenges & areas of opportunity to align Oracle’s Cloud applications for building optimal functional & technical solutions based on Industry Best Practices
• Develop and deliver high quality presentations and demonstrations, present and articulate product features and benefits, and configure and test overall Oracle Cloud solutions that delight the clients
• Effectively utilize the Oracle Field Service Cloud platform along with other Oracle Integration and web technologies to deliver world class solutions
• Arrive at coherent conclusions by undertaking complex analysis/ application of reason / trace performance implications through complex data/scenarios
• Prepare documentation detailing delivered solutions, integration & migration strategies, throughout the engagement
• Adhere to all Oracle Cloud security policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job responsibilities.
• Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
• Provide in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment and provide consulting services to the following but not limited to,

1. Core manage setup, resource tree automation, Collaboration, Routing and Forecasting & Quota Management
2. Custom forms and plugins Development to meet complex business requirements for mobility service to support technicians
3. Requirement gathering and design activities for large complex field service cloud implementations which encompasses consultation on field service cloud best practices, best possible usage etc
4. Oracle Field Service Routing (Routing plans, re- optimization, adding custom fields/ filters for routing)•
5. Oracle Field Service Capacity (Capacity/ Quota Management)

Required Skills and Experience

• Should have 10+ years of hands- on experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation, consultation and production support
• Should have experience in core implementation, business architect, product support, technical architecture evaluation.
• Should have played a client facing role as a Technology Architect / Lead Consultant
• Strong oracle development skills with Good oral and written communication skills
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant and hands-on experience in the field of Oracle Field Services Cloud and salesforce field service lightning
• Professional experience as functional consultant & technical developer in Oracle Field Service Cloud with good working experience on Core Modules
• Experience in End-to-End OFS cycle from scheduling/Dispatching to Customer sign Off
• Experience in configuring Oracle Field Service Cloud core manager and mobility services
• Hands-on Expertise in Rest and Soap based APIs
• Should be able to work on Technical Design and Architecture in OIC based integration
• Experience in OFS application support, you will be responsible for sustainment and related project activities
