Job Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Application Engineer at MALSON GROUP in Lahore. The Sales Application Engineer will be responsible for the business development and technical correspondence for HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration Projects. It will require a detailed understanding of the products and brands being offered by Malson Group that shall be incorporated in the projects like York (USA) Light Commercial Air Conditioners and Bitzer (Germany) Condensing Units.
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience
- Technical understanding of Air conditioning and Refrigeration
- Knowledge of the HVACR Industry in Pakistan
- Fluent in Eng/Urdu
- Command of technical application tools like CAD
- Well equipped with industry network of Contractors, MEP Consultants and End-Users is preferred
- Academic qualification in Mechanical engineering
- Good Communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Project execution
- Liaison with the principle for technical issues
- Strong Technical Knowledge
- Product development
- Understanding and experience in Project BOQs
- Understanding the customer need & specific applications of product line
- Market penetration and follow ups
- Active participation on relative forums, seminars and exhibitions
- Competitive analysis (price and product)
- Identifying opportunities and strong research of target customers
- Relationship building with target clients
- Reaching target clients and proposing right products as per nature of customer
- Connecting with and maintaining strong relationships with end-users like Restaurants, Food processing industries, Pharmaceutical industries, Community Centers, Hospitals, Logistic/Supply chain companies, Hotels etc. to understand the market opportunities in depth and create end-user interest in our product line
- Build relationship with Contractors and MEP Consultants
- Supporting after-sales services
