Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with product setup and configuration.
- Escalate complex issues as needed.
- Document support cases and solutions.
- Conduct system updates and maintenance.
- Educate users on best practices.
- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum)
- Must be at least 3 – 4 years Technical Support Experience
- Willing to work onsite
- Experience in technical support or IT roles.
- Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and remote support tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
