Job Summary: The Divisional Marketing Executive will play a key role in aligning marketing initiatives with business goals by developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive growth. This role involves managing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and fostering both B2C and B2B lead generation. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of marketing activities while ensuring brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of creative campaigns across the brand, focusing on social, content, email marketing, SMS, and paid advertising.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Content Management : Oversee blog and social content and collaborate with the Content Manager on campaign development.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, including job boards like Indeed.
- Performance Monitoring: Track campaign progress using relevant metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Budget Oversight: Assist in budget preparation and monitor marketing expenses.
- Digital Marketing Support: Work closely with the digital lead on social media and paid promotions, including Facebook and Google Ads.
- Promotions Coordination : Contribute to large-scale promotional campaigns and adhere to candidate and client acquisition plans.
- Website Management: Oversee the management and updates of company websites.
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple campaigns and projects across various business areas.
- Brand Consistency: Collaborate with the Digital Manager and in-house Designer to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Automation Implementation: Create automated workflows in e-communication systems (e.g., touchpoint messaging, NPS surveys, birthday mailers).
- Lead Qualification: Validate and report leads to the Regional Marketing Manager.
- Data and Reporting: Gather and analyse data for campaign performance and research.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Diploma in Digital Marketing, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).
- Solid understanding of digital and social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter).
