Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Solution Architect with extensive experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse to join our team. In this role, you will design and oversee the implementation of scalable and effective supply chain solutions that address complex business needs. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking, excelling at translating business requirements into robust architectures and guiding teams through implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end solution architectures leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client supply chain objectives.
- Define technical specifications, data models, and system workflows to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks in solution design and deployment while ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical architectures.
- Lead discovery and design sessions with clients to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Present technical solutions and articulate their business impact to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Kinaxis RapidResponse, guiding its configuration, customization, and integration.
- Stay updated on the latest Kinaxis features and capabilities to maximize the platform's value.
- Develop strategies for seamless integration of Kinaxis with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, WMS).
- Provide technical oversight to development teams during solution implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between architecture, development, and deployment.
- Establish technical standards and best practices for Kinaxis implementations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver training and mentorship to team members to enhance technical capabilities.
- Ensure a smooth transition to operations by providing knowledge transfer and support for troubleshooting and optimization.
- Gather feedback from clients and teams to improve future solution architectures.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse, including solution design, architecture, and integration.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, such as demand planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- Proven ability to design scalable and high-performance enterprise solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging technical and business stakeholders.
