Program Details:
All hires will undergo Training & NCLEX Certification (fully covered)
Near-Hire Contract – approx. 6 months of training/certification
Monthly allowance of PHP 10,000 during Near-Hire period
After passing NCLEX, employment contract will be offered with competitive salary and allowances
Compensation Package (Upon NCLEX & Deployment):
1-2 years experience: PHP 60K guaranteed package
3-4 years experience: PHP 63.5K guaranteed package
Additional project premium upon clinical account deployment
Qualifications:
Registered/PH Licensed Nurse (PHRN)
At least 1 year of clinical experience
