- Experience with Pega CDH implementations on cloud.
- NBA/decisioning application expert with strong experience defining decision architecture, solutions & designs for Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing.
- Experience in implementing Pega Decisioning rules, Strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configuration.
- Experience in data flows, segmentation, AI concepts and experience in implementing changes to these modules.
- Experience of executing at least one end to end Pega CDH/Marketing engagement in the capacity of Lead Decision Architect
- Experience in Implementation of a unified Decisioning framework to handle both real time and batch capabilities to present the Next-Best-Offer to customer on the active channels.
- Defines and drives the implementation of standards, strategy architecture, and arbitration frameworks.
- Owns and optimizes the decision framework.
- Ability to guide customer requirements to match Pega platform features.
- Ability to develop integration with other systems, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Partner with solution architect(s) and the PEGA COE to deliver architecture compliance guidelines, security requirements, and design and development standards.
- Strong analysis and design skills on development for products and services that include front-end and back-end integration.
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
- Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (CPDC)
- Pega Certified Senior Marketing Consultant (PCSMC)
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA)
- Pega Certified Data scientist
- Completed mission for Lead decisioning architect on PDN.
- Bachelor's degree Computer scient or equal
- 5+ years of experience and architecture
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
- Proficient in Pega Architect
