WORK DETAILS Location : SkyOne Corporate Park, Viman Nagar, Pune. Working Days : Monday to Friday. Work Timing : 0900h to 1800h. POSITION DETAILS Role Summary :
- You will work towards defining, developing and managing the range of products and accessories assigned, introduction of new products in the market as per the planned model / specifications, timeframe and budgeted cost, product lifecycle management of all existing and new products, work across functions and drive the execution of GTM plans of products, features incorporating the quality improvements as required.
- ME or BE (Automobile / Mechanical).
- A total of 12 years of experience in the industry with a minimum of 5 years in product marketing.
- Automobile engineering like Two-Wheeler, or related fields.
- Extensive knowledge and experience business and creation of effective Product marketing programs.
- Extensive experience in B2C, product marketing and comfortable to represent the “voice of customer”.
- Experience in market analysis and use of product development tools and web analytics tools.
- Developing and rolling out end to end product marketing calendar for the product ranges and working towards conceptualizing and successfully implementing the Product Management activity.
- Evolving, implementing and monitoring the Product marketing plan in the short term and long term for product ranges within budgets for enhancing productivity.
- Building the Business Case for the Product committee evaluation with targeted product configuration, Price, Margin and NPV goals.
- Monitoring the competition product and technology actions and including the learnings in Piaggio product range and technology upgradation plans.
- Maintenance of the products range throughout their life cycle, through the definition of the changes and action priorities, in line with consumer needs and profitability / sales objectives allocated. Preparing from time-to-time market pricing for the product mix.
- Conducting Product market research and analyses and based on it anticipate the product capable of meeting customer needs.
- Coordinating and managing the launching of products, specifically taking care of their correct positioning in terms of marketing mix.
- Planning and executing new product launch activities, monitoring the progress, identifying exceptions and implementing mid-course corrections to achieve the final target.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and CFTs up to refine product value proposition through active PLC management.
- Monitoring the profitability and sales of products at all stages of their life cycle.
- Coordinating a go-to-market (GTM) plan for the products, tracking the effectiveness of various sales and marketing tools to align new GTM planning with learnings from the earlier GTM – tracking includes measurable metrics as well as “soft” feedback from field teams.
