Graphic Designer

Karma Group Global is hiring Graphic Designer Work Location-Bellandur,Bangalore Education:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Working-Monday to Saturday Work experience: 2yrs to 4yrs Minimum of 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting. Experience working on a variety of digital marketing projects is a plus. Responsibilities: ● Collaborate with the VP of Global Branding and various teams to understand project requirements and brand guidelines. ● Develop creative concepts for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to website graphics, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, presentations, and online advertising. ● Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create original illustrations, logos, icons, and other visual elements that are in-keeping with brand guidelines. ● Select and source high-quality stock photos and graphics that align with brand messaging. ● Ensure all designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for various digital platforms. ● Maintain brand consistency across all graphic design projects. ● Work collaboratively with copywriters and web developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements. ● Manage revisions and feedback effectively to deliver final designs on time and within guidelines. ● Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Proven experience with graphic design principles and software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong understanding of design trends and best practices for digital marketing.
