About the Role: As a Senior Manager in the Founder’s Office, you will take on a leadership role in solving high-impact challenges, managing complex projects, and driving strategic initiatives for the central strategy team. You will work closely with the leadership team and have end-to-end ownership of critical business priorities. You will be the central liaison between various functional teams driving day-to-day operations and owning core metrics with functional leaders. You will also be involved with owning focused objectives and building center of excellence (CoE) functions at Pepper Responsibilities:  Lead the design and implementation of scalable processes to drive operational efficiency.  Analyze large datasets to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.  Drive cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.  Provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team based on data- driven insights.  Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.  Solve ambiguous, high-level problems with a structured and result-oriented approach. Qualifications:  6–8 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or a related field.  Advanced proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, and other data tools.  Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional projects.  Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.  Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while handling multiple priorities.
