Job Role: Sales Manager (B2B) Job Type and Location: In-Office - Hadapsar, Pune. Salary Range: Rs. 50,000 - Rs. 80,000 Per Month Plus 8,000 - 20,000 Incentives. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead and oversee our Inside Sales team while driving corporate sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Inside Sales Executives, nurturing B2B relationships, and personally handling high-value sales closure meetings. This role is crucial in executing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets in the B2B segment, focusing primarily on Realtors, Architectural Firms, Interior Design Companies and Pharmaceutical Companies . Key Responsibilities & Tasks: Team Management & Performance Tracking:
- Recruit, train, and mentor Inside Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor daily call logs, email follow-ups, and lead conversion metrics to ensure consistent sales efforts.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to improve efficiency.
- Assign leads to Inside Sales Executives based on priority and ensure structured follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, including real estate developers and pharmaceutical companies.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the corporate sector.
- Track and analyze lead conversion data to identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel.
- Implement strategies to optimize the lead nurturing process for higher closure rates.
- Ensure CRM systems are updated with accurate sales data and client interactions.
- Conduct in-person meetings with high-potential B2B leads and corporate decision-makers to close deals.
- Understand client requirements, provide tailored solutions, and negotiate contract terms.
- Present product demonstrations and case studies to showcase the value of Stashlers’ offerings.
- Address client objections effectively and ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Work closely with the Sales Head to align B2B sales efforts with broader business goals.
- Provide feedback on customer pain points and market trends to refine sales pitches and strategies.
- Develop sales scripts, objection-handling guides, and best practices for Inside Sales Executives.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, team efficiency, and market trends.
- Evaluate sales data to identify improvement areas and recommend corrective actions.
- Forecast revenue projections based on pipeline data and provide actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings and field sales closures.
