Job Title: Oracle Field Service Cloud Expert Location: Remote (India) – Must have at least 4 hours of overlap with CST. Job Type: Contract Job Description: We are seeking an experienced CX Solution Architect with expertise in Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Field Service Cloud, Digital Customer Service and integration Field Service with Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle CX applications including Oracle B2B/B2C Sales and Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud
- Able to configure Field Service application to align with client specific business processes.
- Author multiple project artifacts like architecture diagrams, solution design documents, integration design documents, conversions, data migrations and configuration settings.
- Serve as a liaison between sales, technical and functional teams.
- Integrate Oracle Field Service Cloud with Fusion Order Management Cloud
- 5+ years in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) implementation/support.
- Expertise in OFSC configurations, including routing, filters, and plugins.
- Strong understanding of Field Service processes.
- Troubleshooting OFSC incidents and resolving integration issues.
- Knowledge of Oracle Sales Cloud, Digital Customer Service, and Order Management.
- Experience in solution architecture and documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work remotely with at least 4 hours CST overlap.
