Location- Sitapura, Jaipur Working days- 6 Key Responsibilities: 1. Supply Chain Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.
- Optimize procurement, logistics, and inventory processes to enhance efficiency and cost savings.
- Identify risks and develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and address issues proactively.
- Negotiate with the existing Vendors for sourcing & supply of material / services at minimum pricing duly ensuring quality standards.
- Ensure optimal stock levels to meet production and customer demands without overstocking.
- Implement inventory control techniques to minimize waste and stock obsolescence.
- Optimize supply chain routes and reduce lead times.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations in supply chain operations.
- Utilize ERP and supply chain management software for process automation and data analysis.
- Monitor and control supply chain costs, aiming for cost reductions while maintaining quality.
- Prepare and present reports on key supply chain metrics and performance improvements.
- Conduct demand forecasting and budgeting for supply chain operations.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of experience in supply chain, procurement.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), data analysis tools, and supply chain software.
