Salesforce Tech Lead - Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , Experience Cloud , CRM Analytics - Remote - India Empiric are currently working alongside a global retail leader to find a Salesforce Tech Lead capable of handling a team size of 6 to 8 people working in different geographies. This will be in the area of Development and Support Tickets. The Tech Lead should have good hands on Technical experience in Sales Cloud , Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. The Salesforce Tech lead must also have good knowledge about Service Now or similar tools used for L2 and L3 Support. Together with god knowledge on Agile Scrum Processes. They are looking to grow Salesforce and are keen to hire talented salesforce experts. Salesforce Tech Lead knowledge /experience:
- Work type : Development and Support Tickets
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead, leading a team of 6 to 8 people
- Primary Skills :- Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , Experience Cloud , CRM Analytics.
- Secondary Skills :- Salesforce CPQ and FSL
- Interaction with Customer , Business and other third Party Vendors. Hence should have good Liaising Skills.
- Agile Scrum Processes
- Service Now or similar tools used for L2 and L3 Support
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
- Technically strong and hands on experience
- Previous experience working on a large Salesforce project
- Long Term: 12 - 18 Months plus extensions
