Come, join the pack! Role Overview: As an Accounts Executive, you will manage the Finance MIS, support data reconciliation, and analyze financial data for reports presented to Founders and investors. This role offers exposure to the company’s complete financial ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:  Build and maintain Finance MIS and ad-hoc reports.  Reconcile data from various stakeholders for accuracy.  Ensure timely account closing in Tally and maintain accurate records.  Analyze financial data, prepare variance reports, and identify process improvements.  Support audits with necessary documentation. Eligibility:  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.  2-3 years of relevant experience.  Proficient in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).  Strong accounting knowledge and experience with Tally. Skills:  Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.  Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
