Job Title: Marketing Manager (Online & Offline Marketing) Location: Pune, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 7+ years About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our online and offline marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, experience in managing paid campaigns, and the ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives. They will also be responsible for internal communications, public relations, and managing external partners to enhance brand presence across various platforms. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Budget Allocation: 1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. 2. Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively across various channels. 3. Track, analyze, and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI. 4. Online Marketing: 5. Oversee and manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing. 6. Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media. 7. Monitor website performance and work with internal/external teams to ensure a seamless online experience. Social Media Management: 1. Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness. 2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging content for Instagram and other social media platforms. 3. Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals. 4. Public Relations (PR) & Internal Communications: 5. Build and maintain relationships with media and PR agencies to drive brand visibility. 6. Ensure consistent internal communication across departments to align on marketing initiatives. 7. Develop internal newsletters, announcements, and corporate communication materials. Offline Marketing: 1. Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives such as events, print media, and sponsorships. 2. Collaborate with sales teams to integrate offline efforts with digital campaigns. Reporting & Analytics: 1. Generate and present reports on key performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and overall marketing performance. 2. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis. 3. Team Building & Leadership: 4. Set up and lead a high-performing marketing team. 5. Mentor and guide team members to ensure alignment with business goals. 6. Foster a collaborative and innovative marketing environment. Qualifications & Skills: 1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 2. Proven experience in digital and offline marketing, PPC campaign management, and budget allocation. 3. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and SEO/SEM best practices. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 6. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. 7.
