Job description – Creative Director As a Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in refining and elevating the aesthetic appeal of a diverse range of creatives, offline and online. This role requires a creative visionary who can contribute to visual identity of the brand. The primary responsibility will be collaborating closely with the digital, products and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and compelling brand presence across various channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Create highly intuitive, beautifully crafted visual ideas and creatives across marketing requirements.
- Strategize, conceptualize and deliver creative assets such as digital banners, social media posts, and website visuals tailored for every marketing funnel stage - Attention, Consideration, Purchase, and Loyalty.
- Oversees brand guidelines to ensure uniformity and excellence across all the creative outputs.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure creatives meet brand standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging creative approaches.
- Oversee visual elements and provide art direction to product notes and presentations.
- Apply different art forms such as typography, videography, and graphic design to translate the original idea into visual storytelling.
- Experience of 4 – 6 years working in an agency, focusing on digital art direction
- Strong knowledge of creating designs using typography, editing images, making illustrations, and working on animations.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowing how to use animation tools is a bonus.
- A sharp eye to ensure designs are accurate, visually appealing, and consistent with the brand.
