Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Job Role: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Experience: Minimum 3+ to 9 years Location: Gurgaon Shift: General Shift Model: 5 days a week Work from client office in Gurgaon *Notice Period: We are looking for immediate joiners or maximum 45 days' notice period. Job Responsibilities: PURPOSE: This role will provide the functional implementation and support for the talent and compensation modules within Oracle HCM. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for gathering, managing and analyzing requirements to design new application changes for own areas of responsibility ensuring sufficient effort is made to promote ""vanilla"" functionality.
• Takes part in the delivery, testing and support of application changes related to own area of responsibility.
• Responsible for ensuring quality solutions are delivered to business users.
• Contributes to the development process best practices and, using a consultative approach, gets buy-in from all stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE At least 2 years’ experience in HR system specification and deployment. Acting as a functional analyst with a good understanding of product capabilities and HR practices implementing systems or modules with experience of multiple full lifecycle implementations. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Functional understanding of Oracle HCM: (Core HCM, Talent Management, Compensation, Security)
• Knowledge of how HR modules are configured
• Work with key stakeholders to define reporting requirements and work with report developers on delivery
• Request and incident management with experience of raising Service Requests via My Oracle Support
• Understanding of the upgrade process
• Experience supporting and advising HR Teams and HCM Users
• Can translate technical information to non-technical individuals
