Senior Process Specialist

Minimum 5.5 years’ experience in Operations / Operational Excellence and 1yr as Team Lead Responsibilities:

• Review video recordings of client-demonstrated processes and procedures to understand the steps involved.
• Work with the OA team to clarify any potential gaps, questions, or ambiguity throughout the process.
• Create procedure documents within the procedure document template provided by OA that accurately reflects the process demonstrated.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in documentation style and format.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Continuously improve efficiency and quality as experience builds.
• Provide feedback on processes to improve overall performance.

• Should have experience in US Insurance, SOP creation/ preparation.
• Proven work experience in Insurance Operations (must)
• Should have experience in Transition Management, Process Handling, Training
• Has good understanding of operational metrics involved in Insurance processing
• Has been a part of training/quality audit team performing process
• training for new hires, perform audits, provide coaching and feedback to new hires
• Experience in process documentation is a must
• Demonstrable experience with excel reports, and exposure to business analytic tools will be an advantage
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Work cohesively with the team and support as appropriate to achieve common goal
