Position Purpose To manage and support all aspects of the admissions process and provide leadership and guidance to all team members. Key Accountabilities
- Manage, oversee, and monitor the work of the team members.
- Training and support to team members and other staff as required.
- Oversight of the workload to distribute resources to ensure turn-around and accuracy are within agreed timelines.
- Undertake additional projects/work as required by the Head of Admissions to help achieve the team objectives.
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of admissions data.
- Ensure efficient communication with all stakeholders.
- Arrange admission committee meetings.
- Assist Schools in reviewing admission criteria for all degree programmes.
- Plan and coordinate admission related activities.
- Pre-screen admission applications and communicating admission decisions to the applicants.
- Schedule and arrange file review and interview sessions.
- Make sure that all admission procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
- Maintain database for various classes and provide statistical data of the admissions for decision-making purposes.
- Any other responsibility as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

- Bachelor's (Hons.) or Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- At least five years of post-qualification work experience in the relevant field.
