Digital Product Manager

Job Responsibilities: As a Product Manager, you will be leading the digital product roadmap for the digital channels, primarily mobile app. An important part of the Digital Banking team, this individual will drive the continuous launch of products and features on the digital channel along with monitoring and refining the user journeys for enhanced customer experien ce. Build digital products:
- Define product roadmap for digital platform of the Bank for individual segment
- Execute product roadmap and Responsible for end to end Product Development Lifecycle management
- Define use cases for leveraging the platform for new and on boarded customers via digital channels as well as via partnerships Should convert BRD/PRD to write requirements in Agile Methodology
- Create user journey and flows and closely work with UI/UX designers for wireframes/visual designs
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders and teams - Technology partners, in-house Technology, Digital Solutions, Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Business teams, for driving the timely launch of products/features Manage sprint, product release and launches on regular intervals
- Fulfil scrum duties of a Product Owner as needed, including conducting sprint planning/reviewing meetings, and maintaining the product backlog
- Ensure core platforms / business rule engines as APIs are product ionised to facilitate partner integrations
- Constantly benchmark platforms against best in class globally to create frictionless client journeys as digital infrastructure matures
- Product Management:
- Work closely with User Growth team to understand product use cases, customer journeys, business applicability etc. for new product/feature designs and launch
- User journey: Track, analyze and improve the user journeys for enhanced and seamless customer experience with minimum drop-offs
- Ensure timely internal and external reporting on the key metrics around user journeys and product pipeline on a pre-defined cadence.
