Technical Recruiter

Wissen Technology is looking for passionate hard core IT recruiters, who are willing to work hard and put in their best efforts. Experience/skills:

• 1-3 years of core technical recruitment experience preferably in Investment Banking and product companies
• Experience in handling end to end recruitment for technical roles.
• Should have experience in hiring best talent using various sourcing channels.
• Must be passionate about placing right people in right job, a hands on recruitment experience in consulting roles.
• Must be an excellent communicator with brilliant candidate management skills, ownership, accountability, and an attitude to be the best.
• Should have mostly worked in the domestic Indian market.
• Should have a good understanding of technology.
• Should have done mostly application developer hiring and niche technical hiring.
• Experience in hiring for Investment banks preferred.
• Should be open for a contract role for 6 months, which can be extended based on performance etc.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field.
