Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Pune, Kolhapur  Experience: 3+ years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have up to 3+ years of experience in sales, client acquisition, and business growth strategies. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1- 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in Educational domain and B2B sales will be an advantage.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools.
