Job title: Manager – Market Data - BPO (Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai) Job Specifications: • Data Notifications • Data Access Declaration (DAD) preparation and processing of DAD. Check invoices considering DAD • Unused Reports, User maintenance and Maintenance of permission sets • Site Subscription, adding and removing products, exchanges, specialist data and vendor services. • Migration to new products • Check of Level 1 / Level 2 exchanges • Map Collect and Usage collection • Permission and item requirement support • Provide reports from DACS: Permission reports, usage reports, Data Declaration Report, Admin Report • Provide reports for Audits • Invoice reconciliation and Track usage of applications • Process exchange notifications, support purchase department concerning Audits and ownership of the inventory management system (product ownership) Team Management: Must be an existing Manager on papers having at least direct 2 years of experience in managing team and doing appraisal Basic Competencies: Deep understanding of Financial Markets and Financial Products and proficient in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint) Shift timing: Afternoon shift: 12.30pm to 9.30pm - Comfortable in working rotational shift duties We are open to relocation cases who have a good understanding of invoice processing, invoice reconciliation and inventory mgmt.
