Senior IT Support Engineer Contract | €280-€320/day | Dublin | Hybrid A client in Dublin is looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support and assist with key infrastructure projects. This role is suited for an experienced professional with strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking technologies. Responsibilities: Provide Level 2/3 support for Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with the administration of Active Directory, Azure, and security solutions. Manage system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Collaborate with IT teams to improve processes and implement best practices. Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Windows and Microsoft environments. Strong expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or CompTIA Network+ are desirable.
