Interested candidate can go through the below Job Description and revert back at sirish@giva.co Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic performance marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, strong creative instincts, and a passion for testing and learning. Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Strategy & Execution: ○ Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and programmatic platforms. ○ Develop comprehensive strategies to achieve business goals such as ROI, CPI, CPA, CLV, CTR, CVR ● Performance Analysis: ○ Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA). ○ Regularly report on performance results to stakeholders and adjust campaigns based on findings. ● Budget Management: ○ Manage marketing budgets efficiently, allocating resources to maximize performance and achieve targets. ○ Forecast and monitor expenditure, ensuring campaigns stay within budget. ● A/B Testing & Optimization: ○ Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to refine campaigns. ○ Optimize ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages for better performance. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: ○ Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives. ○ Partner with analytics, product, and growth teams to align campaigns with broader company objectives. ● Market Trends & Insights: ○ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to inform strategy. ○ Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications & Skills ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). ● 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. ● Proven expertise in managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. ● Experience with managing large budgets for ecommerce platforms is preferred ● Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, or other BI tools. ● Excellent communication and project management skills. ● Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
