We are looking for a highly experienced Executive Search Recruiter with a strong focus on senior finance roles, including CTOs, Heads of Credit, and Heads of Structured Trade. The recruiter will play a critical role in scaling teams across Africa, particularly in South Africa and Nigeria, working on high-profile executive placements. You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier candidates for leadership roles that will drive the company's growth and success.Requirements
- End-to-end executive search and recruitment for senior finance roles.
- Specializing in CTO, Head of Credit, and Head of Structured Trade placements.
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent.
- Engaging with high-caliber candidates through headhunting and networking.
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process.
- Staying updated on market trends within structured trade, credit, and financial leadership roles.
