Phonics Instructor

Immediate Requirement: Remote Phonics Teacher (3 PM - 9 PM Slot) Important: Please review these criteria before applying:

• Time Commitment: Must be available for a minimum of 4 hours daily within the 3 PM - 9 PM time slot.
• Phonics Expertise: Strong knowledge of Phonics is mandatory, including:
• Letter sounds
• Long and short vowels
• Tricky words
• Segmenting and blending of sounds
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Phonics Instructor.

Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Phonics Instructor to teach phonetic reading, blending, spelling, and pronunciation to children aged 3-8. This is a remote contract position requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities include:

• Creating and executing lesson plans
• Providing academic feedback
• Maintaining records of student progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (English, Linguistics)
• At least 2 years of experience as a Phonics Instructor
• Familiarity with various phonetic reading methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience with children is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new teaching techniques
• Passionate about education and committed to helping children improve their reading and language skills
