Mohammed Fakhroo & Bros W.L.L. continuously evolves to meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager located in Manama. The Service Manager will oversee day-to-day service operations, manage a team of service technicians, ensure timely and quality service delivery to customers, and maintain service standards. The Service Manager will also be responsible for developing service strategies and implementing process improvements. Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Technical knowledge in consumer electronics or other related fields
- Experience in service operations and process improvement
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in Home appliances and Electronic Goods.
- Minimum 7 Years experience in a similar role.
