Do you have a passion for travel and tourism? Then come join us at the Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) as we help bring Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 to life! In this role, you will operate and execute Partnerships Development activities to ensure and deliver on the Department’s mandate and contribute to the delivery of short—and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets, and adopted policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Manage the strategic plan to identify the opportunities to add value to the tourist value chain with government entities.
  2. Develop and sustain solid, trustworthy relationships with a portfolio of major stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction.
  3. Responsible for the development, prioritization, activation, and management of relationships between STA and government entities.
  4. Acquire a thorough understanding of key stakeholders' needs and requirements.
  5. Act as the main point of contact between key stakeholders and internal teams.
  6. Address and resolve any issues and problems faced by stakeholders and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  7. Supervise the teams assigned to each key stakeholder.
  8. Oversee reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
  9. Gain a deep understanding of the client’s needs and what they expect from STA.
  10. Define the high-level strategy for potential partnerships and the overall goals for each partnership.
  11. Continuously refine the strategy to be detailed for new partnerships to be created.
  12. Support peers across the organization when needed to perform their duties.
  13. Perform any other activities as and when required.

You will need:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
  2. KPI Professional & PMP certificate is preferred.
  3. Not less than 6 years of experience in related field.
