Experience and Competencies Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of knowledge and experience consulting on Business Process Management and process re-engineering to various clients within a well-reputable organization.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering BPM projects within schedule and budget constraints. Proven experience in BPM tools and software applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Understanding management consulting principles and methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field from a recognized university. Masters is a plus.
Functional Description:
  • Utilize a structured approach to evaluate the current state of client organizations' business processes and gather and analyze data through interviews, workshops, and process documentation reviews.
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand their business objectives and pain points. Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to capture requirements and align on project goals.
  • Offer expert advice and assistance to clients throughout the BPM project lifecycle and address challenges and obstacles proactively, leveraging problem-solving skills and industry expertise.
  • Develop customized BPM strategies and roadmaps tailored to each client's unique needs and objectives.
  • Map out redesigned processes using industry-standard BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) techniques. Leverage best practices in process automation, workflow management, and change management to drive implementation success.
  • Provide hands-on guidance on process modelling, optimization techniques, and BPM software usage all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement by promoting awareness and understanding of BPM principles throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT professionals, business analysts, and subject matter experts to ensure alignment between business processes and technology solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Share knowledge and insights with colleagues and clients to promote thought leadership and innovation in BPM.
