UX/UI Designer Yrs of Experience: 3-5 Location: Bangalore, Bannerghatta Rd Work Schedule: 5 days a week, Work From Office (WFO), Remote or hybrid work is not available. Package: As per industry standards Job Description: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to align design vision with business goals. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining design systems, enhancing user experiences through data-driven decisions, and ensuring consistency across platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to align design vision with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure design consistency.
- Use data and user feedback to refine and improve interfaces, enhancing the user journey.
- Apply strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color theory.
- Utilize responsive design principles and user-centered design processes.
- Create prototypes and wireframes using industry-standard tools.
- Ensure application visual standards and design patterns align with business needs.
- Work closely with developers to support the realization of design ideas and solutions.
- Partner with QA teams to validate development and user acceptance criteria.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on design solutions based on feedback.
- Contribute to designing scalable, reusable, and maintainable applications.
- Write and implement new components under the Web-Components standard.
- 2-5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating recent work (must include link in resume/application).
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (a must!), Sketch, Adobe CC, and Axure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
- Experience working with data visualizations, business intelligence, or ad tech.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Ability to write user research scripts, conduct user research/testing, analyze, and present results (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience collaborating with development teams in an agile environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of digital user accessibility best practices.
- Familiarity with CSS, HTML, responsive design, and front-end technologies.
- Intellectual curiosity and self-motivation.
- Formal education in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, User Experience, or a related field. (Not mandatory but good to have)
- Academic or professional experience outside the design field that enriches your perspective as a designer.
