Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and strategic expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll ensure operational excellence within the Supply Chain & Planning department as a Logistic Coordinator. Day-to-day, you ll work closely with teams across the business (Health & Safety, Quality Control, Manufacturing), streamline warehousing and logistics processes, and much more. We ll look to you for:

  1. Knowing and following all safety, environmental, and emergency procedures.
  2. Actively participating in all aspects of safety including reporting of near misses and meetings.
  3. Ensuring implementation of all standard processes & golden rules in compliance with Logistic Handbook.
  4. Ensuring optimization of warehousing, packaging, and physical flow according to Lean Manufacturing and QCDE principles.
  5. Ensuring key users are in place to support critical processes and users (training, data corrections, system KPIs).
  6. Ensuring the ERP solution is implemented, correctly used, and guaranteeing the master data quality.
  7. Monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (inventory accuracy, cycle counting performance).
  8. Ensuring the inventory process is in compliance with Alstom standard rules (Delegation of Authority, instruction).
  9. Promoting recycling activities: bin management and returnable packaging.

  1. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience or understanding of logistics coordination and supply chain processes.
  3. Certification in logistics or a strong aptitude for clear, effective communication.
  4. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  5. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and QCDE principles.
  6. Competence in continuous improvement practices and KPI monitoring.
  7. Proficiency with ERP systems and ensuring data quality.
  8. Proven ability to manage workforce, training, and organizational aspects.
  9. Expertise in warehousing, inventory management, and transportation optimization.
  10. Commitment to promoting EHS culture and recycling initiatives.
