What You Will Achieve In this role, you will:

  1. Plan and execute daily Supply Chain processes to ensure timely material availability and avoid stock outs.
  2. Maintain market demand fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery and minimize waste.
  3. Monitor and control pipeline inventories to meet requirements and develop Supply Chain Management SOPs.
  4. Create and maintain product information, batch search strategies, inspection plans, and LIMS data.
  5. Prepare supply chain reports and conduct supplier and production analysis for continuous improvement.
  6. Report and communicate Supply Chain KPIs to stakeholders and support KPI fulfillment activities.
  7. Develop and update a rolling yearly plan for MRP/MPS based on demand, capacity, inventory, and quality policies.
  8. Manage document control, including change orders, billings, purchasing documentation, and contract administration.
  9. Ensure adherence to plant safety and cGMP regulations, maintaining high standards with a right-first-time approach.
  10. Contribute to project tasks, learn and apply team effectiveness skills, and make decisions within limited options under supervisor's direction.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
  1. Bachelor's degree with any years of experience, preferably in related fields.
  2. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Strong written and oral communication skills.
  4. Solid understanding of inventory management concepts.
  5. Familiarity with System Application and Products (SAP).
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
  1. Previous experience with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
  2. Certified in Six Sigma/Lean management.
  3. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  4. Knowledge of domestic and international logistic and government regulations.
  5. Possesses a positive continuous improvement mindset.
  6. Demonstrated capability to work as a team member in a matrix environment.
  7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills.
