HSE Reporting Manager Location: NEOM The LINE Project Site, Saudi Arabia Job Type: Full-Time Job Description Join us in engineering a better future for our planet and its people. We are looking for a HSE Reporting Manager to work on NEOM’s The LINE project. The HSE Reporting Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) reporting activities for the NEOM The LINE project. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HSE reporting systems and procedures in alignment with project requirements and regulatory standards.
Collect, analyze, and interpret HSE data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present comprehensive HSE reports to project management, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required HSE documentation and reports.
Collaborate with HSE teams to ensure consistent and effective reporting practices across the project.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
Provide training and support to project staff on HSE reporting requirements and best practices.
Stay updated on relevant HSE regulations and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in HSE management, with a focus on reporting and compliance.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards applicable to large-scale construction projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HSE reporting software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred.
