Overview: The Group Talent Acquisition Leader will drive the establishment and management of a centralized hiring function supporting several entities. The role emphasizes crafting forward-thinking recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring seamless, high-quality hiring processes. He will also implement an ATS system to centralize recruitment processes for several entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Oversight
  1. Lead recruitment operations across multiple entities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  2. Design and oversee the setup of a centralized recruitment hub, focusing on efficiency and consistency in hiring processes.
  3. Create and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies for leadership and niche technical roles.
Talent Acquisition Delivery
  1. Define hiring targets for all entities and ensure timely achievement of recruitment goals.
  2. Track and improve recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience.
  3. Implement real-time reporting systems to keep stakeholders informed about hiring progress.
Process Innovation and Technology
  1. Introduce advanced hiring technologies, including ATS and AI-based tools, to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  2. Continuously optimize recruitment workflows to improve both candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  3. Develop tailored approaches for sourcing and hiring in-demand and hard-to-find skill sets.
Diversity and Localization
  1. Lead efforts to attract and hire a diverse talent pool to support organizational diversity and inclusion goals.
  2. Develop strategies to meet Emiratization targets and comply with localization requirements.
Team Building and Leadership
  1. Build and manage a recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  2. Provide training and professional development opportunities to address skill gaps and enhance team capabilities.
Governance and Reporting
  1. Ensure recruitment processes comply with organizational policies and budgetary guidelines.
  2. Regularly update senior leadership on recruitment performance, highlighting challenges and successes.
  3. Establish and maintain robust talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Qualifications:

  • 10 to 15 years in talent acquisition leadership, including experience in managing centralized recruitment functions.
  • Proven success in high-volume hiring and recruitment for specialized technical roles, particularly in the aviation or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in implementing ATS platforms and leveraging recruitment analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
