Overview: The Group Talent Acquisition Leader will drive the establishment and management of a centralized hiring function supporting several entities. The role emphasizes crafting forward-thinking recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring seamless, high-quality hiring processes. He will also implement an ATS system to centralize recruitment processes for several entities.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight- Lead recruitment operations across multiple entities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Design and oversee the setup of a centralized recruitment hub, focusing on efficiency and consistency in hiring processes.
- Create and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies for leadership and niche technical roles.
- Define hiring targets for all entities and ensure timely achievement of recruitment goals.
- Track and improve recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience.
- Implement real-time reporting systems to keep stakeholders informed about hiring progress.
- Introduce advanced hiring technologies, including ATS and AI-based tools, to enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Continuously optimize recruitment workflows to improve both candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Develop tailored approaches for sourcing and hiring in-demand and hard-to-find skill sets.
- Lead efforts to attract and hire a diverse talent pool to support organizational diversity and inclusion goals.
- Develop strategies to meet Emiratization targets and comply with localization requirements.
- Build and manage a recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities to address skill gaps and enhance team capabilities.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with organizational policies and budgetary guidelines.
- Regularly update senior leadership on recruitment performance, highlighting challenges and successes.
- Establish and maintain robust talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Qualifications:
- 10 to 15 years in talent acquisition leadership, including experience in managing centralized recruitment functions.
- Proven success in high-volume hiring and recruitment for specialized technical roles, particularly in the aviation or related industries.
- Strong expertise in implementing ATS platforms and leveraging recruitment analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
