We are now looking to expand our team with a talented Quantitative Trader who has a passion for crypto and cross-exchange arbitrage. Role Overview:   As a Quantitative Trader, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing trading strategies focused on cross-exchange cryptocurrency arbitrage. This role demands strong programming skills, quantitative acumen, and hands-on experience with arbitrage strategies in crypto markets. You will have the opportunity to work with a high-performance trading infrastructure and collaborate with a team of seasoned professionals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop proprietary trading strategies for cross-exchange cryptocurrency arbitrage.
  • Write robust, scalable, and efficient code primarily in Python and/or C++ to implement trading algorithms.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of crypto markets to identify arbitrage opportunities.
  • Develop tools to monitor and analyze market data in real time.
  • Backtest strategies on historical data to evaluate their effectiveness and refine them for live trading.
  • Optimize trading algorithms for low-latency performance and execution efficiency.
  • Monitor live trading performance, identify anomalies, and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and execution of strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing cross-exchange arbitrage strategies in cryptocurrency markets.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and C++, with an emphasis on performance and reliability.
  • Proficient in working with WebSockets, REST APIs, and real-time data feeds.
  • Solid understanding of market microstructure and trading mechanisms.
  • Experience with backtesting frameworks and tools for analyzing historical data.
  • Familiarity with crypto exchanges and their trading APIs (e.g., Binance, Kucoin, Gate , Kraken, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with high-frequency trading or low-latency systems.
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks for arbitrage strategies.
  • Knowledge of financial derivatives, market making, or other quantitative trading strategies.
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure for scaling trading operations.
  • Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized finance.
