Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to automobiles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with engines and transmissions.
- Maintain service records.
- Leverage mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot complex automotive issues.
- Maintain proper tools and equipment.
- Document and report vehicle repairs.
- 3-4 years’ experience as a mechanic.
- Knowledge of cars, trucks, vans, and off-road vehicles.
- Ability to perform engine and gearbox repairs.
- Knowledge of vehicle inspection and repair practices.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools.
- Certification from Automotive Service Excellence or similar program.
- Automotive Technician: 2 years (Preferred)
- Driving License (Required)
