Job Summary: The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating content and collateral production, planning events, supervising the marketing team, and ensuring compliance with brand standards. This role requires a male candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution and Management:

  1. Manage the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are executed as planned.
  2. Coordinate with creative teams, PR agencies, and digital marketing specialists to meet deadlines.
  3. Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for the Marketing Manager.
Content and Collateral Coordination:
  1. Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  2. Ensure all materials align with the company’s branding guidelines.
Event Coordination:
  1. Plan and supervise events such as property launches, open houses, and community engagement activities.
  2. Handle logistical arrangements, including venue booking, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
  3. Ensure events run smoothly and meet the company’s objectives.
Team Supervision and Coordination:
  1. Manage team tasks and daily operational requests.
  2. Assign tasks to team members based on skills and project requirements.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational challenges.
  4. Manage the allocation of resources (designers, copywriters, etc.) across multiple projects.
  5. Track resource availability and recommend adjustments as needed.
  6. Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  7. Prioritize tasks based on deadlines and client needs.
  8. Monitor workload to avoid bottlenecks or overburdening team members.
  9. Manage timelines.
  10. Develop briefs with the team for all projects.
Compliance and Brand Standards:
  1. Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
  2. Maintain consistency in branding across all communication channels.
Reporting:
  1. Work on monthly budget reporting.
  2. Work on monthly digital and social media performance reports.
  3. Work on monthly leads analysis reports.
  4. Coordinate with the social media specialist to get campaign performance reports.
Additional Tasks:
  1. Support the development of responses to potential crises, ensuring accurate and timely communication with stakeholders.
  2. Manage the information bank.
  3. Provide event management support.
  4. Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to ensure media coverage of key events.
  5. Audit brand standards in the physical environment.
  6. Oversee the external newsletter in collaboration with the copywriter.
  7. Oversee the internal newsletter in collaboration with the copywriter.
Requirements: Qualifications:
  1. Male candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  5. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  6. Familiarity with crisis communication strategies and techniques.
Working Conditions:
  1. Full-time position with occasional travel for events and media engagements.
  2. May require working outside regular business hours during press events or emergencies.
