We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests. As an Assistant Director of Sales, you are responsible for assisting in leading and supervising the sales team, overseeing the day-to-day sales activities, implementing action plans, and accomplishing goals and set targets. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  1. Generate and maintain major accounts and assigned segments through various sales activities (face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, sight inspections, etc.)
  2. Ensure thorough and complete coverage of the sales team for comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets, and maximum productivity.
  3. Set up all sales objectives, action plans, and team targets.
  4. Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize upselling opportunities of the sales team.
  5. Review direct competition and ensure complete awareness by all sales team members of competitors' activities at all times.
  6. Consolidate month-end sales report applicable information.
  7. Be actively involved in the preparation of the marketing plan as requested by superiors.
  8. Actively participate in achieving the hotel’s budgets, especially the rooms’ budget.
Skills Education, Qualifications & Experiences You should hold a bachelor’s degree in sales and be computer literate with effective and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge & Competencies The ideal candidate will be dynamic and a ‘finisher’ with an eye for detail and the ability to drive through solutions. You should have a strong commercial orientation with broad business understanding and skills, equipped with a sharp intellect to focus on key issues with attention to detail and accuracy of information while possessing the following additional competencies:
