Storekeeper

Hala Builder is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory and supplies at our Dubai facility. This role is essential in ensuring efficient stock control, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth operation of our construction projects. • Receive, inspect, and store materials and equipment according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
• Issue materials to site staff and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor stock movement and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for timely restocking.
• Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and generate reports.
• Assist in minimizing waste and optimizing storage space.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials when required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
