Job Description: Business Development Professional – Recruitment (UAE) Position : Business Development Professional Location : UAE Compensation : Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentive Structure Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Professional to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the recruitment industry and the ability to secure new clients, foster long-term partnerships, and contribute to the organization’s growth. Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

Identify and approach potential clients in diverse industries to offer recruitment services.
Build and maintain a strong client pipeline to achieve sales targets.

Market Research & Strategy:

Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to target key clients.

Relationship Management:

Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing customized recruitment solutions.
Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of client mandates.
Provide feedback and insights to enhance service offerings based on client requirements.

Performance Metrics:

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.

Desired Candidate Profile Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development within the recruitment or staffing industry.
Strong understanding of the UAE recruitment market and business landscape.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
