Key Accountabilities

Accountable for system completion and preservation execution from preparation stage to final acceptance.
Accountable for preservation and protection of all equipment installed in the WHP.
Interfaces with various project teams and departments on resolving related issues that require effective communication, initiative, flexibility, and an ability to induce collaboration.

Part B: Candidate Specification – Minimum Requirements Technical And Business Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.
A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.
Good knowledge of electrical, instrument, telecom, piping, and mechanical equipment.

Qualifications Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent; however, any qualification, technical or knowledge requirements may be waived through relevant work experience. Knowledge And/or Experience

Min 7+ years of total experience with at least 5 years demonstrated as preservation specialist/lead experience in major capital projects.
Experience managing offshore oil and gas platform commissioning and preservation projects from preparation stage, onshore/offshore construction, and commissioning execution, providing support for startup and performance tests of the offshore facility, especially WHP topside.
Experience handling interface work and SIMOPS with internal organizations and other contractors.
Experience managing system completion workflow processes, system completion databases of major projects at various locations such as fabrication yards, onshore, and offshore, including handover from project team to operations, interface within internal organizations, and familiarity with system completion databases ICAPS and OPERCOM.
Experience handling EPC contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors involved in the oil and gas industry and familiarity with the preparation of ITR and job cards for offshore HUC campaigns, with worldwide experience with contractors or under the company.
