About The Role

Embark on an exceptional learning journey with our 12-month Management Trainee Program in Food and Beverage at Atlantis The Royal. This exclusive program is designed for ambitious individuals with a passion for luxury hospitality and the opportunity to learn from the world's leading food and beverage professionals. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across our iconic property, receiving on-the-job training, mentorship from seasoned industry professionals, and participation in workshops and individual self-paced learning modules. About You

The ideal candidate will be a recent university graduate with a degree in Hospitality, who has a strong passion for Food and Beverage and is eager to build a career in luxury hospitality. They will have prior experience within the Food and Beverage department of a luxury 5-star hotel, gained through multiple internships or on-the-job training, and have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
