Responsibilities- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction with a strong background in main contractors.
- Proven experience in technical coordination, prepare & review shop drawings, and construction detailing for large-scale projects.
- Expertise in high-rise, mixed-use, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, regulations, and authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.).
